What is a DMC and why would I need one?

A destination management company (DMC) is the local specialist that arranges and runs travel inside a destination — hotels, transport, guides, access and day-to-day coordination — on behalf of travel professionals who do not operate there themselves. Triways is a DMC for Egypt; Egypt DMC explains how that works in practice.

Does Triways work with travel agents and tour operators, or only direct travelers?

Triways works with the travel trade only: travel advisors, tour operators, private travel designers, MICE agencies, corporate travel buyers and international DMCs. We do not take bookings from individual travellers directly. For travel professionals sets out how partnership works.

Can Triways handle both a single traveler and a large conference?
