What makes an experience 'exclusive' rather than just a private tour?

A private tour is a journey arranged for one party. An exclusive experience adds access that has to be arranged in advance and is not part of a standard ticketed route: a private jet or helicopter, the Grand Egyptian Museum after hours, a yacht or a whole Nile ship for one party. Most are added to a private journey.

Can exclusive experiences be added to an existing itinerary?

Yes. They are designed to be added to a journey or a sample journey. Share the client's dates and the experience, and we will advise how it fits and what has to be arranged in advance.

Is every request guaranteed?

No. Some access depends on a third party for the date, such as a museum, a venue or an individual's availability. The proposal states in writing what is confirmed and what is still requested, and lead times are confirmed against the brief.

Can private clients book directly?
