Egypt DMC Partnership for Luxury Travel Designers

What can Triways arrange that a standard operator cannot?

Access that has to be arranged in advance, and the discretion to go with it: a table set at Karnak or Baron Empain Palace, a private session inside the Grand Egyptian Museum, a dahabiya on a quiet stretch of the Nile, a helicopter over Giza.

Designed with you, arranged for your client, and delivered under your name.

What Sets This Apart From Standard Trade Support

Your clients can already stay at the best hotel in any city. What they cannot do is arrange Egypt for themselves.

A travel designer does not need another list of five-star properties. You need a partner on the ground who understands what your client is really asking for, knows which settings can be opened for them, and can make it happen quietly.

  1. Designed with you, not quoted to you

The brief is a conversation. We come back with ideas as well as logistics: the setting that would suit the occasion, the hour that would make it, the day it belongs on.

  2. Access, arranged in advance

The experiences that make a journey remembered are rarely on a ticketed route. They are requested, confirmed for the date and the venue, and built into the itinerary before your client travels.

  3. Your name on it

Triways works with the travel trade only. The client is yours, the design credit is yours, and we are the team in Egypt that makes it real.

Exclusive Access We Can Arrange

Six kinds of access your clients will not find on a standard itinerary. Each is confirmed for the venue and the dates.

  1. A candlelit table laid on a terrace at dusk, the pyramids of Giza beyond

    Private dining, Giza & Luxor

Tables set in exceptional settings, among them the Giza Plateau, Karnak Temple, Hatshepsut Temple and Baron Empain Palace, with the menu built around the occasion. Subject to the venue.

  2. A colossal royal statue in a tall, sunlit museum hall with no visitors in view

    Private museum access, Giza

Private guided time inside the Grand Egyptian Museum with credentialed Egyptologists, arranged around your client rather than the queue.

  3. A two-masted dahabiya under sail on the Nile at sunset

    Private dahabiya, the Nile

A traditional sailing boat with a handful of cabins, on a river that sets its own pace. The vessel is named in the proposal for the dates.

  4. A helicopter in flight above the Giza pyramids at sunset

    Helicopter flights, Giza

Aerial views of the pyramids, the Nile Valley or the desert, arranged privately.

  5. A private desert camp at dusk: low seating and lanterns around a fire under an open tent

    Private desert camp

A camp beyond the road, and an evening under a sky with no light pollution: a slower, wilder side of Egypt.

  6. A motor yacht at anchor on clear Red Sea water, desert mountains along the shore

    Yacht charters, Red Sea

A private yacht with its crew, and a route shaped around the party, from Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh or Marsa Alam.

Also arranged: weddings and celebrations, private villas and VIP security. All six kinds of access are at VIP & Exclusive.

What it means in practice

White-Glove Execution Standards

“White-glove” is easy to claim. These are the four things it has to mean when your client’s evening depends on it.

  1. The setting is confirmed, not assumed.

Behind the scenesThe venue, the date and the hour are confirmed with the site before the proposal is final, and the timings are built around them.

Your client’s eveningThe table is set when they arrive.

  2. One person holds it.

Behind the scenesOne point of contact at Triways carries every arrangement, from the first brief to the last transfer, with support 24/7.

Your client’s eveningNobody asks them to repeat a request.

  3. The alternative is already made.

Behind the scenesWhere an evening depends on weather or on a venue, a second option is ready before it is needed.

Your client’s eveningIf it changes, it changes into something that still feels chosen.

  4. Nothing is announced.

Behind the scenesTransfers, guides and hosts are briefed to be present without being prominent.

Your client’s eveningIt feels effortless, because the effort is out of sight.

The layer that carries this through the whole journey is the Luxury Travel Concierge. Stays are arranged across brands such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, Oberoi and The Ritz-Carlton; see Accommodation.

Client Confidentiality & Discretion

For a high-profile client, how a journey is handled matters as much as what is in it.

  • Need to know

    Details kept close

Your client’s details go only to the people delivering each part of the journey, and only as far as that part needs.

  • A smaller footprint

    Low profile

Where a client would rather not be noticed, the journey is planned around quieter hours and private settings.

  • If it is needed

    Security

Discreet personal protection for individuals, families and executives, coordinated with the local authorities. See VIP Security.

  • In writing

    A formal undertaking

If your client requires a confidentiality agreement before details are shared, raise it in the brief.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Triways arrange access that isn't available to standard tour groups?

Yes. Private dining at settings such as Karnak Temple or Baron Empain Palace, private guided sessions inside the Grand Egyptian Museum with Egyptologists, a private dahabiya, helicopter flights over Giza and a private desert camp are all arranged in advance, outside the standard ticketed route. Each arrangement is confirmed for the venue and the dates.

How does Triways handle privacy and discretion for high-profile clients?

Your client’s details are shared only with the people delivering each part of the journey, and only as far as that part needs. Where a client would rather not be noticed, the journey is planned for quieter hours and private settings, and discreet personal security can be coordinated with the local authorities. If your client requires a formal confidentiality undertaking, raise it in the brief.

Can exclusive experiences be added to a journey designed elsewhere?

They are designed to be added to a journey. Share your client’s dates and the experience, and we will advise how it would fit and what has to be arranged in advance.

Are prices published for exclusive experiences?

No. Each depends on the setting, the date and what is arranged around it, and is set out in the proposal.
