What Agencies Get
You win the client. We make the programme work in Egypt.
The MICE services page is written for the company planning an event. This one is for you: the agency that has to win that company’s business, hold it, and deliver in a country your team may not know well.
Something you can pitch with
A proposal with the venue, the hotels, the movements and the hospitality set out in a form you can put in front of your own client, so your bid is not waiting on ours.
Your client stays yours
Triways works with the travel trade only. We do not approach your corporate client, and we do not appear in front of them unless you ask us to.
One manager who stays
Every project has a dedicated MICE manager from your brief to the review afterwards, and one 24/7 contact while the event runs. You have one person to call, and so does your client.
RFP & Proposal Turnaround
Tell us the date your own client needs to see a proposal, and we will confirm when we can deliver it, and whether anything in the brief needs settling first. A strong Egypt MICE response includes these six things.
-
The room
Venue options
Venues that fit the number of delegates and the format, each set against the hotels your delegates will sleep in.
-
The days
A draft programme
The event day by day, with the incentive elements and hospitality placed in the schedule, not listed beside it.
-
The movement
Logistics
Arrivals, airport assistance, transfers and coaches sequenced for how delegates will actually land. See Meet & Assist and Private Transportation.
-
The money
A costed proposal
What is included, what is not, and what moves the figure if the numbers change.
-
The people
A named manager
The MICE manager who will run it, from the moment the bid is submitted.
-
The honest part
What is not yet confirmed
Anything that depends on a venue or a date that cannot be held yet, marked as such, so you do not promise your client what nobody can promise you.
Venue Sourcing Capability
The venue is chosen with the delegates, not before them.
We source the venue and book the conference hall to suit the size, the format and the delegates’ hotels, so the room and the schedule are planned together. AV and technical support, catering and hospitality are arranged with the venue and run through the event.
Where the programme is a large one, we do not name a maximum in advance. The answer depends on the dates, the venue and the programme, so send the delegate numbers with the brief and we will tell you what we can deliver.
Hotels for the delegation are chosen with the venue in mind; Accommodation names the brands. Egypt’s geography for event settings is at Destinations.
Group & Incentive Programme Delivery
A programme is won on the proposal and judged on the day. This is what the day looks like from your side. Illustrative of how changes are handled, not an account of any one event.
-
Your client adds twenty delegates.
Behind the scenesThe MICE manager re-checks the room, the rooms and the vehicles against the new number, and comes back with what changes.
What you hearWhat it does to the figure and the plan, in one message.
-
Delegates land from six cities.
Behind the scenesEach arrival is met, and the transfers are sequenced so the group comes together at the venue on time.
What you hearThat the group is assembled, ready for the opening.
-
The gala dinner needs a new setting.
Behind the scenesThe alternative is offered with the venue, the catering and the timing re-checked, and the guests’ transfers re-timed with it.
What you hearThe new plan, before your client has heard of the problem.
How the hospitality, air, hotels and VIP transfers around an event fit together is set out on MICE services, and how the team holds it on the ground at On-Ground Operations.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can Triways turn around an RFP response?
It depends on the size and format of the programme. Tell us the date your own client needs to see a proposal, and we will confirm when we can deliver it, and whether anything in the brief needs settling first.
Does Triways work directly with incentive houses, or only end corporate clients?
Triways works with the travel trade, which includes incentive houses and event agencies. We do not sell to your corporate client behind your back: you keep the relationship, and we carry the operation in Egypt.
What should I look for in an Egypt MICE ground partner?
Five things: one named manager who stays with the project; venue sourcing that starts from your delegates’ hotels and schedule; a proposal you can present as your own; support around the clock while the event runs; and honesty about what cannot be confirmed yet.
Can Triways source the venue as well as run the transport and hotels?
Yes. Venue sourcing and the conference hall are part of the programme, alongside AV and technical support, catering, hotels, airport assistance and transfers, all held by the one MICE manager.
What is the largest programme Triways can deliver?
We do not publish a maximum, because the answer depends on the dates, the venue and the programme. Share your delegate numbers with the brief and we will tell you what we can deliver.
Send us the RFP, or the idea behind it.
Share the event, the delegates and the date your client needs to see a proposal. Your dedicated MICE manager will come back with how we would carry it.
