From the Moment Your Clients LandAirport meet and assist in Egypt

What happens when your client lands in Egypt?

A Triways representative is waiting at arrivals. They assist your client through the airport, with the formalities, customs and luggage, and hand them to a licensed chauffeur in a vehicle that is already there.

By the time your client reaches the hotel, the journey is already under way. Departure is handled the same way.

The First Proof Point of the Journey

Before a single temple, your client judges the journey by who is waiting for them.

A long flight ends in an unfamiliar airport. What happens in the next half hour tells your client whether everything else has been arranged too: whether someone knows they are coming, whether they will be left to find their own way, whether the hotel is expecting them.

Meet & Assist answers that before it is asked. It is the first capability your client sees, and the one they are most likely to mention when they report back to you.

What Meet & Assist Includes

Five parts, from before your client boards to the moment they leave. Our journeys begin at Cairo International Airport; an arrival elsewhere is confirmed in the brief.

  1. Before

    Confirmed ahead

The flight, the client’s name and the onward transfer are confirmed before they travel. Where a visa is needed, visa assistance is arranged ahead of departure.

  2. Arrivals

    The greeting

A Triways representative is at arrivals with a Triways sign and your client’s name, so there is no searching for the right person.

  3. The airport

    Through it, together

Assistance with the formalities and customs, and with luggage. Fast-track can be arranged, and a VIP lounge at Cairo Airport where the client wants it.

  4. The kerb

    The handoff

Your client is walked to a licensed chauffeur and a vehicle matched to the party. See Private Transportation.

  5. Departure

    The same, in reverse

The client is collected, taken to the airport and assisted through it, so the last moment of the journey is as arranged as the first.

Discreetly present

Why the First Moment Matters

The best arrival is one your client barely notices being arranged. Support does not need to be visible to be real.

  1. Their name, where they look first.

Behind the scenesThe arrival and the name are confirmed before the flight, and the representative is at arrivals before the doors open.

Your client’s arrivalThey are expected, and they can see it.

  2. One person to follow.

Behind the scenesThe formalities, customs and luggage are handled with the representative at their side.

Your client’s arrivalNo queue to ask for help, and no decisions to make in a language they may not read.

  3. A car that is already there.

Behind the scenesThe chauffeur and the vehicle are waiting, and the hotel knows when to expect them.

Your client’s arrivalThey walk out of the airport and into the journey.

  4. A late flight that changes nothing.

Behind the scenesThe representative is there when the client lands, not when the flight was due, and the transfer is re-timed with it.

Your client’s arrivalThe delay is the airline’s. The welcome is unchanged.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is meet and assist available at all of Egypt's major airports, or only some?

Our journeys begin at Cairo International Airport, where clients are met on arrival and assisted with airport formalities. For an arrival at another airport, name it in the brief and we will confirm the arrangement for those dates rather than assume it.

What does meet and assist include?

A Triways representative at arrivals, assistance through airport formalities and customs, help with luggage, and a handoff to a licensed chauffeur and the vehicle already waiting. Fast-track can be arranged, and a VIP lounge at Cairo Airport where the client wants it.

Is the departure handled as well?

Yes. The departure mirrors the arrival: the client is collected, taken to the airport and assisted through it.

What happens if the client's flight is delayed?

Someone is at arrivals when the client lands, not only when the flight was due, and the transfer and anything after it are re-timed to match. Support runs 24/7 while the client is in Egypt.

How is Meet & Assist different from the Luxury Travel Concierge?

Meet & Assist is the arrival and departure capability. The Luxury Travel Concierge is the service layer that runs around the whole journey, of which the arrival is the first part: private guides, reservations and support while the client is in Egypt.
