Egypt DMC Support for Travel Advisors

What do travel advisors get working with Triways?

A specialist Egyptian ground partner behind the journeys you sell: a proposal written for each client brief, ready for you to present, and one team that delivers it in Egypt.

You keep the client relationship; we carry the operation. Triways works with the travel trade only, and does not take bookings from travellers directly.

  • A proposal for each brief
  • Trade only
  • One point of contact
  • 24/7 on the ground
The relationship

What Advisors Get Working With Triways

Two travellers reading a printed itinerary on a terrace above the palms, the Pyramids of Giza beyond

Your clients, our ground team.

You own the relationship; we own the operation.

A proposal for each brief

Not a brochure price. Each client brief gets its own proposal, shaped to how that client travels and naming the hotels, the vessels and the guiding, so you can see exactly what you are selling.

A relationship that stays yours

Triways works with travel professionals only. We do not sell to your clients, market to them or take their bookings directly. They meet our team in Egypt as part of the journey you sold them.

Terms that suit how you sell

Advisor terms are agreed when we start working together, on a commercial basis that suits your business. Ask for our current advisor terms and we will send them.

One contact, before and during

One person at Triways from the first brief to your client’s departure, and support 24/7 while they are in Egypt. How that works on the ground is set out at On-Ground Operations.

What to expect

Custom Quoting, From Your Brief

What happens when you send Triways a client brief, in the order it happens. Tell us when your client needs to hear back, and we will tell you when to expect the proposal.

  1. You send

    The brief

Dates, travellers, the style of journey, an indication of budget, and anything your client has already seen or ruled out.

  2. We ask

    What is missing

If the brief leaves a real choice open, such as a ship or a dahabiya, we ask, rather than guess and send the wrong thing.

  3. We return

    The proposal

Day by day, with the hotels, vessels and guiding named, what is included set out, and the cost.

  4. Together

    Refined

Your client’s response comes back through you, and the proposal is adjusted until it is right.

  5. Confirmed

    Delivered

Once confirmed, the same team arranges and runs it in Egypt, with you kept informed.

Ready to present

Client-Ready Materials

A proposal you can put your name to.

Proposals are written for your client to read, not for an operations desk: the journey day by day, in plain language, with each hotel and vessel named, so you can pass it on without rewriting it.

If you would rather start from something already shaped, the sample journeys give five routes to adapt. If you need a proposal in a particular format, say so in the brief.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does commission work when I book through Triways?

Advisor terms are agreed when we start working together, on a commercial basis that suits how you sell. We do not publish them here; ask for our current advisor terms and we will send them.

How fast can I get a custom quote for a client?

It depends on the brief: a straightforward private journey is quicker to shape than a multi-destination programme with special requests. Tell us when your client needs to hear back, and we will tell you when to expect the proposal.

Can I white-label the itinerary documents for my own clients?

Proposals are written so that you can present them to your client. If you need them in a particular format or under your own branding, say so in the brief and we will confirm what we can provide.

Will Triways contact my clients directly?

Triways works with the travel trade only and does not take bookings from travellers directly. Your client meets our team on the ground as part of delivering the journey you sold; the relationship stays with you.

Can I sell the sample journeys as they are?

They are a starting point. Each can be adapted to your client’s dates, pace, hotels and interests. See the sample journeys.
