Today you will take a flight from Cairo to Luxor airport , private transfer to the Temples of Abydos, Arrival to Abydos and accompanied by your English-speaking Egyptologist you will discover the marvels of one of the most important archaeological sites in Egypt, this once sacred city was the ancient necropolis of the early pharaohs. Visit the memorial temple of Seti I, with its amazing Abydos Kings list showing cartouches of most dynastic pharaohs of Egypt , visit the Osirieon as well as the Ramesses II temple before travelling onto Dendera , Here you will see the splendors of Hathor’s Temple , dating from the Hellenistic period and finished under Roman rule , here you will be able to see pictorial references to the famous Cleopatra and her son by Julius Cesar as well as admiring the stunning Hieroglyphics on the ceiling of temple , considered to be the most vibrantly colored in all Egypt, here was the where the French discovered the now famous Zodiac of Dendera.

Carry on to Queen Hatshepsut’s T emple, this magnificent temple is totally unique in Egypt its colonnaded terraces, with long ramps and surrounded by steep cliffs make it a fitting tribute to Egypt‘s on female pharaoh. Finally stop off at the Colossi of Memnon the 18- me tre high, 700- t o n stone statues are the ancient guardians of the necropolis.
