After lunch transfer to Luxor , once the capital of ancient Egypt , here our fabulous Egyptian adventure really begins. Check in to hotel and overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel and then we will begin the visit of ancient city of Thebas we start by seeing Luxor’s East bank, visit the amazing complex of Karnak Temple, the largest religious building in Egypt with its stunning collection of temples, chapels , towers and pylons , connected to the Temple of Luxor by a stunning sphinx avenue. Learn about the Egyptian Gods their myths and mysteries as you travel through these amazing structures. Transfer to the cruise ship and lunch on board. In the evening you have the possibility to enjoy the spectacular Sound and light show at Karnak Temple. Dinner on board and overnight

Breakfast on board and then we travel to the Land of the Dead ( zombies not included) we cross over the Nile to the west bank to see the necropolis and the famous Valley of the King’s where Howard Carter discovered Tutankhamon’s Tomb, here we will learn about the complicated burial rituals , life after death and explore the underground chambers with their stunningly beautiful hieroglyphics . Then onwards to visit the unique threetiered temple of the Queen Hatchesput a fitting monument to Egypt’s only female pharoah. we will stop off to visit the immense stone guardians known as the Colossos of Memnon before returning to the boat for lunch. Afternoon we set sail for Esna Lock so take advantage of the leisurely pace and enjoy the facilities of the boat, watch the scenery float by from the sun deck or enjoy a dip in the pool. You can try your hand at bartering a bargain from the locals as they row their boats next to the cruise in hope of a good sale ( no pun intended). Dinner on board and overnight .

Breakfast on board and this morning we will enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride to the Temple of Horus in Edfu , considered to be one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. Built on the site of the battle between the gods Horus and Set for the kingship of Egypt. Return to the boat for lunch and sail onwards towards Kom Ombo. Late afternoon arrival, here we will visit the unique twin temples, dedicated to the Gods Sobek and Haroeris. You can also visit the crocodile mummification museum and see a Nilometer , structures invented by the ancient Egyptians to predict floods and droughts along the Nile. Dinner on board and overnight

Breakfast on board and possibility to optionally visit the stunning temples of Abu Simbel at Lake Nasser. In Aswan we will take a boat ride to the Island of Philae and visit the Temple of Isis before visiting the Granite Quarry with its Unfinished Obelisk .Lunch on board. In the afternoon we will take a leisurely trip by Felucca around the Cataracts and the Elephantine Island sights that inspired Agatha Christie while writing “Death on the Nile”. Dinner on board and overnight

Breakfast on board and transfer to Aswan airport to take the flight to Cairo. Arrival to Egypt’s Capital city , marvel at the hustle and bustle of city life as you travel from the airport to your hotel . check in. In the afternoon we will visit Cairo’s renowned bazaar Khan El Khalili , 32 streets dedicated to the most famous of Egyptian pastimes bargaining. But it’s not all shopping , kick back and watch the world go by in one of the many cafes , smoke a water pipe or meander thru the picturesque medieval streets of old Cairo. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight .

Breakfast in the hotel and then we are off to meet a legend , visit of one of the remaining seven wonders of the ancient world , The Pyramids of Giza , guess the secrets of the Sphinx and the Valley of the Temple before stopping at a Papyrus Institute to see how the ancient Egyptians manufactured the world’s first writing paper. Visit of the Egyptian Museum and wonder over the stunning treasure of Tutankhamon. Finally transfer to the airport to take your flight to Hurghada . arrival and transfer to the Hotel Overnight
