Maximum 01 child up to (06) years old can stay sharing their parents’ double room with the existing bed (without extra bed). The child must be part of a double room with two adults.
Children aged up to 1.99 years old are entitled to free ground services.
Children aged between 2 and 5.99 years old will be charged 10% of the total cost of ground services.
Children aged between 6 and 11 years old will be charged 50% of the total cost of ground services.

Please ensure that clients already have their entry visa for Saudi Arabia and that all documentation is in order. It is essential to avoid handling the visa upon arrival, as complications may arise when trying to obtain it at that time.
Alcohol is not allowed anywhere in Saudi Arabia, not even in luggage, suitcases, or bags, whether during flights or within the country. Saudi Arabia has strict laws regarding this matter.
During the month of Ramadan, visit schedules may vary.
During Ramadan, visits are usually affected as most tourist activities begin in the late afternoon. Many establishments, such as cafés and restaurants, may be closed or operate on reduced hours, typically opening after 5:00 PM.
Some roadside restaurants may not be operational, but our guides will coordinate with travelers and suggest buying snacks along the way, as finding food before 4:00 or 5:00 PM can be challenging in certain areas.
Out of respect for local customs, it is not recommended to eat, drink, or smoke in public during the day. However, tourists may do so in private areas, such as inside hotels or vehicles, as long as it is not in public spaces during fasting hours.
